Honeymoon & Romance

Private vehicles, bush dinners, sundowners and a beach at the end of it.

A honeymoon safari is usually a private one — the whole point is that the days belong to the two of you. Beyond that, it is about where you sleep and how the trip is paced: fewer camps, longer stays, and time built in to do nothing at all.

Most of our honeymoon itineraries follow the same arc. A few days in the northern parks with early game drives and long lazy afternoons, then a flight over to Zanzibar for a week of Indian Ocean, dhow sailing and sleeping in. Camps know when a couple is on honeymoon and it shows — a private bush dinner, a decorated tent, a bottle of something cold at the sundowner spot.

Tell us at the time of booking and we will pass it on to every property. Many will add a complimentary touch of their own; a few offer honeymoon rates when you can show a marriage certificate dated within the last year.
